Wendi has worked extensively in property and real estate development since graduating from the University of Western Ontario with a degree in Economics. Having moved to Whistler in 1991, she has made this exceptional town home ever since.

With the nature of Whistler and its strong international clientele, Wendi has balanced local residential real estate along side her Resort Consulting to companies worldwide. She utilizes her knowledge and skills to ensure her client’s needs are not just met but exceeded in all areas.

Since starting in residential real estate back in 1995, Wendi has consistently proven to be in the top portion of the marketplace with ongoing awards of excellence. As a member of the Million Dollar Guild from the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, Wendi continues to provide a very high level of service with the majority of her business being derived from past client referrals. Her assistant Kristen is readily accessible to assist with customer service and overseeing marketing efforts

Passionate about the outdoors, Wendi loves skiing, trail running, waterskiing and windsurfing. Wendi also trains for half marathons with her husband Randy on Whistler’s extensive trail network.

Her three boys, Phelan, Will and Beck keep her busy keeping up with their participation in mountain biking, hockey and skiing.

John has sold more real estate than any realtor in Whistler’s history with over 2500 transactions and the sales and marketing of over 45 new home and condominium projects. With twenty three years experience in real estate and a nineteen year resident of Whistler, he continues to provide superior service to his many clients.

Some of John’s accomplishments include: recognition as the top one percent of realtors in Canada, acted as a motivational speaker with “The Rick Hansen Institute – Role Models Resource” speaking to school kids across BC. Presently John is a member of the Board of Directors for the BC Rehab Foundation.

John completed a cross Canada Tour in a hand cycle bike and raised over $1 Million dollars for Canadian Spinal Cord Regeneration Research for which John received the Governor General Award of Canada. In 2006 The John & Penny Ryan B.C. Leadership Chair in Spinal Cord Research reached its’ goal in raising $6 million dollars becoming Canada’s largest endowed chair.
